AMERICA’S GLOBAL HEGEMONY vs CHINA’S DEVELOPMENT POLICY IN THE THIRD WORLD.

The difference in these two policies is America’s perpetual war policy versus China’s policy of permanent peace. That is to say, the US industrial military complex drives its economy, as opposed to China’s strategy of investment through building up the developing countries infrastructure.
As these developing countries grow and develop, the demand for Chinese goods and services will increase.

Therefore it is a win/win situation. On the other hand, as more civil and global wars exist, the US industrial military complex thrives on the death and destruction.
The United States is the most warlike nation in the history of the world because it wants to impose states that respond to our government and American values throughout the West, and to control companies that own energy resources in other countries." China, for its part, invests its resources in projects such as railways, infrastructure, intercontinental and transoceanic bullet trains, 6G technology, robotic intelligence, universities, hospitals, ports, buildings, and high-speed trains instead of using them for military spending.
The countries in which the wars are fought loses. i.e. it is a win/lose situation. The difference can be summed up in two words, development versus destruction.
